Instructions

Step 1
Wash your hands, removing grease and dirt. This will help your giant ballon from from getting retarded from contaminates.

Move any sharp objects away from where you will be filling your giant balloon.		 Washing your hands can prevent latex damage.


Step 2
Using the nozzle on your Helium tank, fill your giant balloon to 7 feet. Filling the balloon


Step 3
Twist the neck of the giant balloon and fold it back on itself making a loop. Twist the neck of the balloon and make a loop.


Step 4
Zip-tie the balloon neck, tightly. Zip-tie the balloon neck, tightly.


Step 5
Pull streamer end through loop and tie streamer to itself, tightly. You're done! Pull streamer end through loop and tie streamer to itself, tightly.
